Do this exercise right now. Sit somewhere relaxed and let yourself slip into daydream mode.

While this happens your mind might naturally take the negative route- going one thought to the next and ultimately you start recalling all the embarrassments you’ve ever had, all the mistakes you’ve ever made, etc, etc.

So before this happens pull the brakes and take the other division of road. The road less travelled.

This one will show you through the proud moments in your life, the good things that happened, the amazing things you did and everything positive.

Just consciously start thinking about these ‘positive’ memories.

You might be led to a negative one time and again because all our memories and interconnected but really try to skip it and proceed to the next good memory.

Flood your mind with the best scripts from your past, present or even the future picture like you would normally do with the negative, devouring thoughts.

Even if at some point you seem to be running out of positive memories don’t stress, don’t let the negative ones take over. Restart your thought process or try to stop there and continue with your work or talk to someone to shift your thought process.

As you run the positive thoughts only, you might recognize this sneaky negative thought that sounds something like- but this isn’t the reality now or you’ve changed, this was the past you, or your life is not like this now, etc, etc. This is exactly what you’re trying to combat.

The only way you can breathe your way out of the pile of negativity you're under is to remind yourself that you deserve the good things, you have it in you to build the life you want, if you could do it once then you can do it again, even if you haven’t done it yet- you can do it, you just have to not give up trying.

Gently pass the toxic scripts because you've had enough of those running in your head till now. It's time to set the remorse aside and move on.

Load your subconscious with positivity and bright memories so you can start creating a safe space for this idea called 'possibility of anything' for your future. Bedazzle it the way you want.

Doing this regularly takes some effort but the more you do it, the more you’re training your subconscious to think only positive thoughts, the more you are equipping it for growth.

You got this. Push through and do it anyway.
