The Wallflower Mind

Personal development, meaningful productivity, optimism, self-acceptance, growth mindset, high-achievement personality, sharp consistency, vibrant confidence.

How do these words make you feel?

As natural as it is to feel motivated by reading these words, it could very well be overwhelming at times. But here's what you should understand.

Self growth, or any of the above mentioned terms, is not really as distant an idea as it might seem to those of us struggling with our emotional systems in the first place. You can be known for your anxiety and still grow in life's every aspect magnificently. Depression could be holding you back but that doesn't mean the illness is you. You are a whole independent being and that is what you are going to use.

Walking and talking these lines, The Wallflower Mind was created!

It is a space that will open your mind to the idea of second chances at life and growth because you are more than just the pain that has gotten the best of you all this long.

In here I share my learnings through the journey, spread awareness and curate a practical path to becoming a more-valued version of ourselves. Still, how do we do it? How do we achieve the overwhelming yet invigorating heights?

One day at a time, guys. One thing at a time. It's really that simple.

Welcome to The Wallflower Mind!

Always calms me
